These are the terms and conditions of our services. The access and usage of our services is an automatic agreement of all of our terms.

Guests personal information will be visible to only the owners of Jinxd Co. and will not be shared with anyone. Please see Privacy Policy for more.

We own the content we post, the designs we design and any other product produced by Jinxd Co. We will not grant permission for anyone to use our designs or content. Our intellectual property remains our property unless granted with written consent.

If someone chooses to use or repost our designs or content without our permission, that is considered as a violation of the legal rights and we then have the ability to press charges. We will only press charges, if and after we attempt to make contact about this violation and no action has been made by the violating party to end their theft or usage of our designs and content.

If you do have permission, our information, i.e. our company name, Jinxd Co., shall be present and tagged on this content or design. However, our permission will not be granted.

Guests are responsible for any pending and impending payments. This being order payments and extraneous shipping payments. Jinxd Co. is not responsible for refunds or returns (see Refund Policy), unless a valid reason is given via email and an agreement is made.
